Meet the principal
After more than ten years in senior roles at ASIC and Treasury, I saw the same thing time and again across different regulatory schemes. Lawyers dealing with the legal questions. Accountants the financial ones. Technical specialists buried in the detail. But contraventions and unmanaged risks were happening in the gaps.
That’s why I started RGC Advisory: a legal practice that applies one lens across the whole of a matter, with advisers as comfortable with a balance sheet as with an implementation deed. We tackle problems holistically, the way a board needs to.
